2Licensed, not soldSe licencia, no se vende

While your trial, your plan or your hosting is active, we give you a personal, limited, non exclusive and non transferable license to use your guide in your own business or for your event. You do not buy the software or its code. Every right these terms do not expressly give you is reserved.

Mientras tu prueba, tu plan o tu hosting estén activos, te damos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva y no transferible para usar tu guía en tu propio negocio o para tu evento. No compras el programa ni su código. Todo derecho que estos términos no te dan de forma expresa queda reservado.

3What is oursLo que es nuestro

The design, the screens, the look and feel, the texts we wrote, the animations, the guide template, the editor, the panel, the code, the name Canopus Way and the Pro Hub Systems brand belong to Beauty By Estephany LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

El diseño, las pantallas, cómo se ve y cómo funciona, los textos que escribimos, las animaciones, la plantilla de la guía, el editor, el panel, el código, el nombre Canopus Way y la marca Pro Hub Systems pertenecen a Beauty By Estephany LLC y están protegidos por las leyes de derechos de autor y de marcas.

4What is yoursLo que es tuyo

Your logo, your photos, your texts and the directions of your route are yours. You give us permission to use them only to create, translate, show and maintain your guide. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

Tu logo, tus fotos, tus textos y las indicaciones de tu ruta son tuyos. Nos das permiso para usarlos solo para crear, traducir, mostrar y mantener tu guía. Confirmas que tienes derecho a usar todo lo que subes.

5What is not allowedLo que no se permite

• Copying, recreating or imitating the design, the screens or the way Canopus Way works.
• Copying, downloading, modifying or reusing its code.
• Trying to get its source code or to get around its protections (reverse engineering), except where the law expressly allows it.
• Reselling, renting, sublicensing or sharing your editor or your guide with another business.
• Using Canopus Way or its screenshots as a model to build a similar or competing product.
• Removing or hiding the copyright notices.
• Using it for anything illegal.

• Copiar, recrear o imitar el diseño, las pantallas o el funcionamiento de Canopus Way.
• Copiar, descargar, modificar o reutilizar su código.
• Intentar obtener su código fuente o saltarse sus protecciones (ingeniería inversa), salvo donde la ley lo permita de forma expresa.
• Revender, alquilar, sublicenciar o compartir tu editor o tu guía con otro negocio.
• Usar Canopus Way o sus capturas como modelo para crear un producto parecido o que compita.
• Quitar u ocultar los avisos de derechos de autor.
• Usarlo para algo ilegal.

6Free trialPrueba gratis

It lasts 14 days from the day we publish your guide. No card needed. One trial per email. Three days before it ends, we email you the options to choose your plan. When it ends, your guide pauses by itself and nothing is lost: choose your plan with the same email and it continues on the same link.

Dura 14 días desde el día que publicamos tu guía. No necesitas tarjeta. Una prueba por correo. Tres días antes de que termine, te escribimos con las opciones para elegir tu plan. Al terminar, tu guía se pausa sola y no se pierde nada: eliges tu plan con el mismo correo y sigue en el mismo link.

7Subscription and cancellationSuscripción y cancelación

• Pro and Premium are an annual subscription: the first year includes your guide, the hosting and the system updates from the day it is published; after that, the hosting renews at $99 a year, on the same date.
• Pay the renewal with the same email you used to create your guide. That is how the system recognizes your payment and your guide renews by itself.
• If a payment fails, we email you the link to pay. If it is not paid, your guide pauses 7 days after the renewal date, until it is paid. Nothing is lost.
• You can cancel the annual renewal anytime by emailing info@prohubsystems.com before your renewal date. Your guide stays online until the end of the year you already paid, and then it pauses.
• Event is a single payment: the link works for 30 days from publication and then turns off by itself. No annual renewal.
• After you send your guide, each change is $49.99 (Premium includes 2 changes a year).
• On your card statement, the charge appears as SQ *BEAUTY BY ESTEPHANY.

• Pro y Premium son una suscripción anual: el primer año incluye tu guía, el hosting y las actualizaciones del sistema desde el día de la publicación; después, el hosting se renueva a $99 al año, en la misma fecha.
• Paga la renovación con el mismo correo con el que creaste tu guía. Así el sistema reconoce tu pago y tu guía se renueva sola.
• Si un cobro falla, te escribimos con el link para pagar. Si no se paga, tu guía se pausa 7 días después de la fecha de renovación, hasta que se pague. No se pierde nada.
• Cancelas la renovación anual cuando quieras escribiendo a info@prohubsystems.com antes de tu fecha de renovación. Tu guía sigue en línea hasta el final del año que ya pagaste y después se pausa.
• Evento es un solo pago: el link funciona 30 días desde la publicación y luego se apaga solo. Sin renovación anual.
• Después de enviar tu guía, cada cambio es de $49.99 (Premium incluye 2 cambios al año).
• En tu tarjeta, el cargo aparece como SQ *BEAUTY BY ESTEPHANY.

8Your name and emailTu nombre y tu correo

When you type your name, your business name, your email and your phone in the editor, we use them to save your design, create your guide and write to you about it. Your phone appears on the "I'm lost" button of your guide. We do not sell them.

Cuando escribes tu nombre, el de tu negocio, tu correo y tu teléfono en el editor, los usamos para guardar tu diseño, crear tu guía y escribirte sobre ella. Tu teléfono aparece en el botón "Me perdí" de tu guía. No los vendemos.

9If these terms are not followedSi no se cumplen estos términos

We may pause or end your license and take the legal action needed to protect our work.

Podemos pausar o terminar tu licencia y tomar las acciones legales necesarias para proteger nuestro trabajo.

10ChangesCambios

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in effect.

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba dice cuál es la versión vigente.

11Governing lawLey aplicable

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the federal laws of the United States.
